I went to Hemingways Telkom mobile store to get information about their unlimited plan cellphone contract.
I was warmly welcomed by Pholela who was very pleasant, welcoming and most importantly well vested on the product. I was imbued by her zest and zeal and I ended up signing the contract. I was also so impressed by her after-sales service something that you don't often find/get in South Africa. When Telkom mobile decided to get completely unlimited (incl. data) she was kind enough to inform me about the recent update and I immediately migrated to the updated plan.
