I bought a laptop from cell c on contract these year in June. The laptop is not functioning at the moment. I called more than three times and I was told to take it to one of the cell c outlets of which I did. I received no help because apparantly they don't fix laptops at Midrand outlel. I was only issued with the technical department's number only to be told to take it back to the cell c outlet and I was even told to find someone who is an IT specialist to assist me. My warranty has not yet expired. I even one day applied for a phone and the delivery took time and I ended up cancelling the order because their service is just a bit bad.
