NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!

Last month i went to the South Coast mall to apply for the a Telkom Unlimited Call Contract with the Samsung Galaxy S4 which was to be initiated 01 July 2013. I did the application and all went really smoothly. I received the number: 061 407 8714. I was impressed with the service and congratulated Neo on her service. I did however asked her multiple times: Are you sure I can phone any Network in RSA with this contract? Yes for unlimited amounts, was her answer each time.
Only to my horror now did a lady from 8ta (021 944 6800) call me to advise that I am not on an unlimited plan and that I only receive free calls between Telkom Mobile networks. THIS ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS! Your advert reads: "The package offers the benefit of unlimited voice calling to any national mobile network including Telkom Fixed line and Neotel" This is what I requested and what i should be on.
I need this to be sorted out asap or you can have the phone back and refund me.
