This is the second time i am laying the same complaint. you keep taking my airtime instead of my data when im using the internet, i have been using the same site all the time. im sick and tired of constantly calling your call center and get no help, they keep saying they will escalate the matter but to no avail. the prevoius time this happened you re-imbursed me with my airtime. i want my airtime back now.
