A year on... and nothing has changed

One year ago I lodged a complaint about the repeated dropped calls and poor clarity when one is conversing on the MTN network. Nothing has changed. Dropped calls continue; sometimes one has to redial three times to finish a conversation. If one calls overseas, the sound is crystal clear. National calls in South Africa are muffled and unclear. Are we being palmed off with inferior equipment and just how much money is MTN making with the amount of times one as to redial? No doubt I will get the "pat" responses but I doubt MTN will ever compensate people for the cost of redialling. "You are breaking up" has become one of the most spoken phrases in South Africa. I travel enough overseas to be able to compare. In comparison to the networks overseas, MTN should hang its head in shame.
