About 10 days ago I logged a complaint about MTN's poor network. I have had an acknowledgement but apparently no action. Just now I have had five calls either dropped or failed. I have no doubt that I will be charged for these calls and I suspect the failure and dropped call rate is costing me a substantial chunk of my monthly billing.
