I took out a Cell phone contract from Virgin Mobile and after a while I could not go on with the contract therefore I contacted Virgin Mobile's Contact Centre to ask for help because I did not know what to do. The contact centre agent could not help me and told me to get somebody to take the contract over from me but I could not get anybody to take over the contact.
I stopped to pay because I could not go on with the monthly instalment of R220.00. After a while a received a call from a company with the name SELECT on LINE. After I paid them in full, I received now embarrassing calls from a Call Centre and they insist that I still owes money to Virgin mobile. Although I told the Call Centre agent that they must contact Virgin Mobile and told them that I paid in full to their agent in Durban, The call centre thread me with legal action if I do not make payment arrangements.
I AM NOW FED-UP FOR THIS COMPANY CALLED - DMC AND THEIR ATTORNEYS, SD COETSEE INCORPORATED IN EAST-LONDON. THEY JUST FORCED THE CONSUMER TO MAKE A STATEMENT THAT THEY ONCE HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEIR CUSTOMER, THEN THEY WANT TO GARNISHEE THE CONSUMER JUST FOR SAYING " I AGREE THAT I HAD AN ACCOUNT WITH CUSTOMER.
