I went to pay my acc on the 06/11/2013 and i was assisted by a consultant called Jillian Grandells that can`t see the number right even with her glasses on, she took my money and paid some else`s account (her friends account) which make me wonder how many of customer have robbed by Jillian when they go in to pay their account. I`ve asked her to check if my account was paid and she told me she can`t help i must call 808 when i told her i ported my no out so i won`t be able to call 808 she said i must asked someone that use`s the MTN sim or contract so that i can call 808 because she so incompetent that she can`t use the your system that you provided for them at MTN northgate service centre that allows them to log on the head office systemfile like her colleague? what is the point of you having her there if she can`t use your system to assist your customer but just still for them under your noises and her attitude its so bad yet she so incompetent. she told me i can sit there it`s fine bacause she living now what do you called the that customer service?? i want to thank Mduduzi Mkwazi for his competent as he did check for me on the system and he did confirm that my acc was not paid
