Wonga is not that fast

So today I tried to make arrangements to have my Wonga account paid I was then given the following numbers 011 488 24 24 spoke to Jacky and Jillian then was told my account is not with them they referred me back to Wonga got another number 0110134824 was told my account was not with them called Wonga again got the number 011 329 8534 was told to call Wonga again so i called Wonga again got given another 011 329 8532 i have called all 4 number provided yet no1 has my account if no has my account how can I pay it... the service really leaves much to be desired I'm going straight to the ombudsman I know I messed up but I'm trying to fix this however Wonga does not want to help me I'm still waiting for "Brian to mail me who is part of management" really had a whole long intro but can't help!!!
