Bad Attitude and over billed

I called the customer service number and a consultant by the name of Viwe Moroe answered the called, the reason for my call was to ask for a refund for being over charged, I was billed for BIS for 3 months while I'm using samsung phone and a once off wireless connection fee and this consultant said that I have called them to include BIS on my contract, how can I ask for BIS for a samsung like really now and when I told her that the money that is due to me is R347 she told me I'm owing them R47 without even checking if the system is updated or not. When I asked her to check on the system with the reference no that was given to me last week coz this was investigated already and it was confirmed that R347 is due to me and she told me I'm dealing with her now so I must not tell her about what happened last week. Can I please get my money back urgently.
