Contacted the Vodacom upgrade centre upgraded to an iPhone 5S. The consultant informed me that the only stick model available was the silver grey which was what I wanted. I went ahead and provided upgrade details. When I asked when the phone might be delivered I was told on Monday 18 November 2013.
Needless to say no deliver took place. When I queried I was told that my phone was on backorder and there was no indication when I would receive it. Perhaps I should cancel the upgrade and move to a more reliable supplier. If there was no stock why to me, is this how customers are trapped into 24 month contracts???
