I had an account with Truworths 5 years ago i paid my account fully to my surprise after those years I received a call and a sms saying my truworhts account is been handed over to the debtors collector, I called this people to find out what was happening (James) told me that my account is been handed over to them I owe them R4649. he said to get more info I need to go to any truworths branch I went to Eastgate Mall in Gauteng when they check on the system my information wasn't on the system they called Head office which is in Capetown as well nothing appeared on there system I called James to inform him about this he said the is a guy who deals with truworths account he must have all the information to my surprise when I call after two days of waiting for his call he said the guy he just have my name, id number and the amount I owe them and is not normal cause normally when they give them the accounts it comes with the records from the store so with mine is not normal so what I need to do is to pay the account. I asked him to talk to the manager (Eric) even today I haven't spoke to him he is always busy or not in the office he will call me which he never did, now I will be blacklis
