POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE FROM STAFF

I WENT TO PAY MY ACCOUNT ON THE 01/05/2013. SO AS MY SON WAS ALONG HE ASKED IF HE MAY HAVE A SWEET. SO I TOOK A PACKET OF WINEGUMS FOR HIM.

ASKED THE CASHIER TO PUT IT TRHOUHT AS ONE TRANSACTION SO THAT I DO NOT PAY DOUBLE ON MY BANK CHARGES. ONLY TO GET TOLD SHE CANT DO IT. SO SHE CALLED THE MANAGER JAMES, HE ALSO JUST SAID NO CANT DO IT THAT WAY.

FOR A PAYING CUSTOMER IT IS VERY DISAPOINTING JUST TO GET TOLD NO. SHE DID NOT EVE ASK CAN SHE PUT IT ON THE ACCOUNT AND THE PAY THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE I PAID THE WHOLE OUTSTANDING BALANCE ON IT.

JUST GOES TO SHOW WHAT TYPE OF PEOPLE YOU HAVE WORKING FOR YOU WITH A DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTORY WHAT SO EVER NOT EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

BUT YOU WANT TO CALL YOURESELF A " BIG BRAND" NAME.

SO I CALLED THE CALL CENTER AFTER I LEFT THE STORE AS I OVER PAID ON THE ACCOUNT BUT NOT INTRESTED IN KEEPING AN ACCOUNT BY YOU GUYS ANY MORE. GOT CUT OF TWICE BECAUSE I WANTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER. GOT PUT ON HOLD THEN THE CALL GETS DROPPED.
