My telkom ADSL internet is not working! I reported it yesterday and using this for my business it is ESSENTIAL to work during the week. Today I have received an sms saying that the fault has been corrected and my internet should be working now...
It is not! I am speaking to Anesh on their 10217 helpdesk with NO HELP!
Anesh informed me that it will take up to 6 days for them to come out to my house after a lady yesterday told me that it will take 2 to 3 days.!
This is unexceptable! I can't work and the agents over the phone is not helping me!
