I have been trying to cancel my account and requesting the termination fee as i have 2 payments left. Each time i call in i get a different amount and it hasn't ever been a value that goes down in over 2 months. Not only are they charging me for my account but they are also including my BIS service fee in the months remaining. I should be paying roughly R500 to cancel but instead they want to charge me over R1000!!! I find this completely unacceptable!!
