I since lodged complaint with Vodacom to refund me for the debited amount of the contract which according to the agreement i had with this person via email [Email Removed] still got debited and lodged a complain where in the past almost three weeks now, where i was promised the matter would be resolved. But am now worried that they are going to re-debit my account because they since kept quiet about the thievery action they are ding in my account. I cant afford to pay for the services am not using. PLEASE refund my account?
