I renewed my MTN contract and upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S4. After about a month, the charging port stopped working. I called MTN Direct and was told to bring it in to a service centre which I did and was provided a reference number COL 0031060495. I have followed up multiple times and keep getting told by some call centre agent that the issue has been escalated. Even worse the first few times I followed up I was told that the person looking after this was on leave and they needed his approval! What happened to delegation of authority. It has now been 3 months and I still have not received my phone back.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Please can someone do something about this really bad service. I cannot believe I have to pay for something that I don't have.
