I signed up on 8ta's new limitless contact which means everything is unlimited, which i got for my new event business.

Since Friday i get these sms "Your internet access has been paused because your current data bundle is depleted. Dial*180#to purchase a new bundle or open your browser for more options." i phoned 8ta they informed me you get this sms when you lose signal.
Wednesday morning i have 48 sms!
When i phoned saturday am they informed me that they are having problems in my area (Fourways) which they are dealing with, so of course i left it cause technical problems do happen, i am in the technical field in events so i am aware it happens.
I when into a 8ta sort fourways mall you log a complaint on the telkom system, after my phone call with 8ta this morning nothing was logged.

This contract cost R1699 per month and since i got this contract i have lost 2 potential clients as they can get hold go me. And every time i look at signal is says mostly MTN or no service.

NOT happy at all why advertise an amazing package which other service providers can't offer and can't get TELKOM signal!!!
