8ta cant stop there own sms

8ta. I run my business from my phone, I deliver gas and I am on the road the whole day. As a result I ask my customer to send me an sms rather than call me while I am driving. I keep getting an sms from 8ta that reads;" you can imagine how frustrating this is when I run my business with sms. your internet access has been paused because your current data bundle is depleted. Dial *180* to purchase a new bundle, or open your browser for more options". My data bundle is not depleted, I know this because I use the internet on my phone daily. I get at least 20 of these sms per day for the last 2 months. I have called them, been to 8ta branches but 8ta keeps sending these unwanted sms to me. No one at 8ta pays me any attention, really lousy service I must say. Apart from it being elegal to send unwanted messages "spam" 8ta does not have the ability to stop on simple sms.
