Mtn shocking service

I applied to have my mtn contracts moved from my personal name to my business more than 2 months ago. I have not heard anything from the oakfields branch where I spend more than a hour to complete all the relevant paperwork. Mpho assisted me but it seemed that she didnt have a clue as to how the process works. I have called them a few times to find out what is going on without any real result. I spoke to Mark last week, and he promised to call me back within 48 hours. I am still waiting. I spoke to Mpho today at around 13h00 and she promised to call me back. I am still waiting, I honestly think that the staff in that shop has no idea of the word customer service.
