I called mtn calle ceter (173) for more than 4 times trying to get a sim swop as my phone was, i spoke with Mpho Legoare who was very professional as i was very irate, but she assisted we willingly, and extended my call to her supervisor lorraine Mafinde. thumbs up Mpho.
