Cell C is really not being great anymore

Dear Cell C,

Granted you have been one of the best networks I have ever used as a prepaid customer, and then I went and did the worst thing in the world ever I signed a CONTRACT with you and now I have to deal with what has to be the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!
You probably think I am being harsh, by saying you are the worst customer service department every but YOU have proven me right on more than one occasion and in various parts of the country as well, from being transferred to Kwa-Zulu Natal to Parktown Johannesburg I have to say apart from (maybe) 2 people employed by you the rest have proven to being, unfriendly, unprofessional, unhelpful, and they never seem like they would go the extra mile for you! Sad to say my favourite network is fast becoming my worst nightmare!
Train your guys, get managers to coach and mentor the agents you have! I like Cell C but I hate your CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT.

FIX IT!
