Treating Customers Unfairly

In July 2013 my corporate cellphone contract was due for upgrade. Request to upgrade to a BB Q10 was done in the 2nd week of JULY..i waited..and..i waited but no phone or communication keeping me informed. i kept calling the branch and each time they would say the phone is in back order. After 2 months of waiting, i eventually resorted to changing my handset order to the S4. Early October i recieve the S4..switch it onn and nothing..Abdul at vodashop western cape asked i go to a branch close to me in Gauteng and have them test it..the handset is defective. i call the branch and speak to Geniene who says they will fetch the handset and send another.i wait..and i wait..2 weeks and nobody fetches the handset... eventually after attempting to complain, the handset is fetched. now i await delivery of a new handset..i wait and wait..i call Abdul to enquire about when i can expect to recieve a new handset. its been 4 months now in total and he says he cant promise, if its in stock... What is this??? i emailed WC EMAIL [Email Removed] Leazle Du Plooy (VSP); Edwina de Gee EC-ZH7V-26EJ0R - 24 hour SLA and im still waiting. This is causing me grief and unwanted stress!
