I am so absolutely disgusted. They were notified on the 28th of October 2013 that I will be moving from Roodepoort (Great service from them there), to Randburg. I was asked to take a day's leave on the 7th of November 2013 for a technician to install my line. The technician arrived at 10:00, and said he was from Linden and might not be able to assist. He left to see whether anything could be done, and phoned me at 12:00 to say that he was not authorised to do the installation as I fall under Randburg. Today, 19 November 2013, not a single phone call or an explanation as to what is suppose to be done. I cannot take another day's leave.
I am so fed up being on contract with Telkom and still having 6 months to go. And then they have the audacity to send me a bill for the month to pay for a service I am not able to use?
