I upgraded my contract in September through your website. Instead I got a 'new contract' phone. I sent the phone back within a week, and cancelled the contract at your outlet in Canal Walk and your phone helpline. The phone was collected, but the debit orders still went through in october and november. I have been to the shop twice now, but the debit orders still aren't credited back to my account. It has been more than a month and half since I sent back the phone, my patience with vodacom is growing thin.
