Due time has passed

I upgraded telephonically using the 08217844 number. I placed an order for the iPhone 5S and was promised that it would be delivered to me on the latest today (19 Nov 2013). I feared that I may have missed a call, so I called the call center again. Only to be told that my order had not yet been processed. The last communication I received from Vodacom, was on the same day I placed the order (U561509) informing me that it is on back order. Olivia informed me of this sms beforehand, but promised that it would be delivered as the release date was on Friday 15 November. This is unacceptable especially seeing as no one has gone to the trouble to inform me. I was also cut off when I tried to lodge a telephonic complaint today.
