Worst display of customer service ever. I received a sms stating that my lines will be suspended due to an outstanding amount. I then called into the call centre and they said it's was fine he won't lock the line and I can make a payment month end which is in the next few days.
I then called today as my lines were locked and spoke to Terence who called me a over the phone and I should just pay the account. He then dropped line after spending an hour over the line with me refusing to send me to the CEO. He does not even know who the CEO is an what the difference between an IVR or switchboard
Please give your people training and collect your sim cards today. As I no longer want the contract you can collect it from the reception. The consultant that made the promise can be liable for my account.
