I ordered a Q10 online on the 17th of December 2013. To date have not received anything. I have phoned more than 10 times to follow up on the status of my order. I even posted on Hello Peter and still nothing has been done. I was told that they will phone me back and let me know whats been happening and still have not yet. My Contract will expire soon and I can guarantee vodacom will NO LONGER be my service Provider.
