We have applied for a standard telephone line (2 weeks ago).
The technician came on Monday and after an hour called me to say that the power had been he will report it and call me straight back to tell me whats happening. Well, I'm still waiting for this call.
I have now tried EVERY single avenue to follow up on the order with the following order number 71130684 and nobody can track this order number!! It appears in all of the sms's received to date.
We need this line installed desperately and we are now considering Telkom's competition.
PLEASE URGENTLY advise
