0837845972 & 0837845992 needs to be migrated to prepaid since contract has expired and I no longer wish to upgrade to a different contract. For the past three months I call and get transferred to retensions where i have to hold for more than hour. Today the same thing happened where I held up until for 45 minutes and landline battery eventually died. I dont know what else to do becuase the subscription still continues becuase am being told i havent cancelled my expired contract and at the same time, I just cant seem to get hold of the retention centre as advised by the call centre. My bill closes on the 20th of each month and Im gonna be billed once agian for a contract that I no longer have or want to have.
