Rude to patients

I called the clinic to do a follow up, and she told me the lady who assisted me is not available and that she had conveyed the message. So because she is the receptionist she should be able to help me if judy is not available. She then went on to tell me that i am asking her the same question over and over, i asked her why is she being rude because i was not done talking she told me she told me they will get back to me in a rude voice. she then told me i am wasting her time the are phone calls she needs to answer so i asked if my call is not important she said no its not an emergency, this is not the first time i complain about nicky the last time i complained i was told the matter would be dealt with only to find out the lady who was assisting with the query is the doctors wife so its not like they going to escalate the matter any further. She then went on to say "YOU PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS COMPLAINING", i asked her what do you mean you people she went on screaming telling me i am wasting her time then she hung up i called back and asked her why shes rude and can not do that to a client. I then advised her calls are recorded and i will take this further she then said its fine.
