I went to nashua mobile durbanville for an upgrade from a blackberry to a sony experia z just wanted something that is not to expensive. i got the phone and everything but the lady helping me did not really know anything about the phone nor the services of nashua mobile and mtn she never gave me advice or options on data bundles. i was in hospital for almost to weeks last month and got my bill in that time R3100 so couldnt really quary it so when i got my bill end aug for the month of july it was R6400 so i went to nashua and they said that i could have avoided that bill with a R250 data bundel but why do they only tel me now after 3 months my bill for aug is R3500 i mean really if they told me about a data bundel it would have cost me R750 over 3 months insted of R 13000 they charged me R2 per mb. i just feel the staff could have given advice or could atleast have told me that i will pay R2 per mb no one ever told me the cost or gave me any options, its basicalky my whole salary in one bill because the people at nashua mobile doesnt know how to give advice and information. please help
