Nashua mobile a Rip Off on billing

I have been Nashua customer for several years and have consistently experienced problems with my account and billing. The problem became unbearable when I realized that since October by bill had tripled. Due to high usage I upgraded to a Smart Super package as one of the consultants convinced me it was the way to go. Instead of receiving the expected R1700 bill I received a r4000 bill and this continued for the next three months. Several calls and visits to different stores yielded unfruitful and I was told to call the customer services department at my own cost.i have a limit on my usage and it has never been reached yet my bill is outrageous month in month.they simply say its data usage but cannot verify that I did use the data.i am appalled and disgusted at the complete disregard for customers and the lack of care in service delivery. In a month I will be free to close my account with them and am looking forward to do so.peruse the ffg hundreds of complaints about this company and it begs the question of why no one in their management has taken notice. Nashua Mobile is a typical example of an inconsiderate company that lacks any moral standards when it comes to their customers.
