Phone has been out of order for 2 weeks.
Tracking on the website just declares query is still open. Customer relationship officer at the local office cannot tell me anything additional. It is not possible to logg a repeat fault.
My landline is the only satisfactory way I can make contact with elderly parents who are overseas and the main reason for retaining the service. If I have to wait much longer for results, I may cancel altogether and sign up for Skype to landline at a fraction of the cost.
Not impressed with the service at all.
