I reported our landline as being dead (no service) on Fri 17 Jan 2014. Ref no 470CRK170114.
I phoned in (on my cellphone-at cost to me!!!) on Wed 22 Jan 2014 and was told that the fault would be escalated.
A week later - 29 Jan 2014, we still have no landline!!! Every call I have had to make in the last 2 weeks has had to be on my cellphone at enormous cost to me!!! Can you please get the fault fixed? I refuse to pay for "service" when there is no service. Get your act together Telkom!!!
