I do not even have the energy to re-explain this story.
Firstly, it took the branch 3 weeks to do my upgrade.
Secondly, all of a sudden my line was soft locked (never before)
Thirdly, it took Nashua Mobile 1 week to unlock my line. (this after they closed the log without opening my e-mail with my complaint)
I also applied for 500MB of data bundle to be added.
It was confirmed that it was loaded.
3 days kater - still no data - so once again I am using data out of bundle due to incompetency.
I really do not want to use Nashua Mobile anymore and would like to cancel my contract.
I really am tired of begging you for just any kind of service.
