No response from Service Provide

I got a new Nokia Lumia on 24 June 2013, about a month or so after I got the phone it started switching itself off, this happened all the time and I could not get it to work. The upgrade was done by a call centre agent therefore I phoned them and in September they directed me to a Branch near my home. A very helpfull agent told me the phone needed to be reloaded with the software and it will take 4-6 weeks? After 7 weeks I went back to the shop, the phone still had the same problem, since then I have written email upon email to ask for help, someone phoned me to let me know a courier will pick the phone up from my work, and that I can select a new phone, at that stage it was close to the end of October already, the courier never pitched up! I phoned the call centre again, just to be told by the agent that I have to go to the branch they will give me the couriers details? They had nothing to do with the courier as it was sent out by the retention section? The lady was rude and put the phone down in my ear! I then took the phone back to the branch at Princess Crossing, they have had no feedback and it is almost 2 weeks again? Its 3 months later, debit orders paid, and no service! HELP
