My mother have been a subscriber to MTN for many years. She is having endless reception problems on her phone. Some times there is no reception at all. The gate to the complex works through her cellphone and no reception means she cannot open the gate. She is staying in a remote area and the only means of communication is via cellular phone. I I have emailed MTN, but have not received a response. Please assist in getting the signal stronger in that area.
