We are living in a remote area and are therefore dependent on cellular phones. For the last few months we have had very bad reception, dropped calls, weak signals, poor internet connection or no service at all. There are a few Vodacom Transmission Towers in the vicinity but obviously not working 100%. We run a business from home and it is very frustrating that our current means of communication is so unsatisfactory. Do we have to switch over to another service provider or stick to Vodacom whom we supported since 1996?
