Cell C
Poor reception, no reception

I have been using a cell c prepaid for a long time now. Since moving to the Eastern Cape, I have had more poor reception that good reception. I will be sitting on one spot with no reception for hours on end and then the next minute it has full signal, perfect 3G internet and my BBM works 100%
Why is it that vodacom and mtn have NO problems with signal yet cell c has intermittent problems? Is cell c throttling my connection?
This is highly irritating, if this is not sorted I will change to vodacom which clearly has no signal problems.
