I reported a faulty line 0102119050 on 13/11/2013 and the query was only logged today 18/11/2013. I spoke to Dee Rykliff who transferred me to Mornay Andrews who escalated the issue to an inbox. I demanded help and he later told me Vulelwa will call. Vulelwa please help. We are waiting for your help to sort this problem. You have not called since this morning. If Vulelwa does not call then we cant get any help from telkom. Please tell us what is happening. Its now 5 days and no one at Telkom has done anything about it. What is surprising is that escalation for 010 is made to an inbox while we wait until our eyes turn red.
