I have a data contract with cell c, the one where you pay an amount upfront and I get 2gig a month. Since day 1 there has been a problem. The Data would be finished within days when we have hardly used it. I have been in to Cell C menlyn 3 times. Called in I dont know how many times. Put in complaint that they said they will make an investigation and will call me in 72 hours, never happend, I called a week later and apparently there was no investigation. Just been there now and they have put in another complaint. I have actually asked just to refund me the money of the months that I have not used and they wont help me with that. I have done everything they asked, diabled updates on my computer, and now I turn off my computer at night and still between 12am and 5am MEGABYTES are being downloaded!! They say its nou my iphone that is updates, this is nonsence because an iphone does not auto update, also if it were using it would be kilobytes not megabytes. Even the times that the internet was disconnected the modem in is the drawer there would show downloads, but still they argue with me that I must prove it!! Such bad service, they make me feel like a. Unbelieveable!
