I've got a prepaid cellphone simcard with MTN for about 2 years. My son phoned his dad on 08/11/2013. On that same day Darshan Perumal issued his cellnumber to a business client on contract. So that number doesn't belong to my son anymore. I phoned MTN on Saturday, spoke to nearly the whole call centre for about 2 hours, without the problem being solved. I eventualy spoke to Lindi Ngcobo and she promised me that the problem will be solver by Sunday. I phoned MTN today again, problem still not solved. I spoke to Mandy at business contracts and she can't tell me when it will be corrected or what they are going to do next. Supervisor Damien Perumal not available to talk to and he will phone me back (don't know when). They don't hesitate to give my number to somebody else, but now I have to struggle and waisting my time and my worktime to try to get this solved. Please think twice. Very bad experience with MTN and will never take out a contract with them
