E-mail correspondence between me (client and owner of an establishment) and [URL Removed] suddenly stopped working and it was urgent to get this fixed in order not to loose out on possible bookings. I phoned Safari and spoke to Bradley and explained the problem. He immediately took action and after several tests and calls from Bradley the problem was solved.
