Do you ever answer your phones?

I understand that there is a strike on at the Post Office, and that post is delayed.
It would just be nice if the Post Office would actually answer their customer service telephone (0860111502) when I phone to enquire about the current strike status.
The average time to answer is around 20 minutes. When I got through yesterday and asked the guy who answered to guess how long he had taken to answer the phone, he was extremely rude and cut off the call.
Calling Pretoria Central directly (0123397081) is just as hopeless. They have answered once, in all other cases I have eventually given up.
This is unacceptable. Do better!
