Opened a new contract with Mtn Direct on the 12/11/2013. Delivery was due on the 15th, RTT called to confirm my details, my name was misspelled. I have been the one calling for feedback and been told that the only that can help is Siphosethu Ntuli. Spelling has not been resolved. Very disappointed at the bad service and cancelling my contract will give me some peace of mind.
