NO URGENCY IN UPGRADE

My MTN line was upgraded and within two days i informed MTN that i had not authorised the upgrade. The MTN people confirmed that the upgrade has been reversed. Siphosethu Ntuli the MTN ambassodor sent me an email on the 22nd of august 2013 confirming that the upgrade has been reversed.

To my suprise and dissapointment, Today (2013/09/16) when i called to convert the contract in question to prepaid i found out that the Upgrade was still in place and i was moved from pillar to post in trying to have this issue resolved.
I would like to express my disapointment at how MTN handled this matter, given that they realised there was involved. I doubt i will extend my existing contracts with MTN any more. Employee protection comes first to customers's needs. As the employee who authorised the upgrade was protected and never been made available to speak to me. Im really disapointed at the service from a big company like MTN
