MTN DIRECT BAD SERVICE -I NEED MY PHONE NOW!!

I purchased a merchandise (SAMSUNG GALAXY S4) through MTN Direct in September 2013. On the 3rd of January I returned the phone to MTN High Volume Repair Center (HVRC) in Midrand Johannesburg. The lady who assisted me told me that by Tuesday the 7th January I would have my new phone delivered to me. I called MTN Direct as I had to speak to Esther the lady who had initially helped me with the contract. I was told that she was busy on phone calls and will return my call as soon as she was done with a customer, I further requested for her email and told her what had happened, she responded and told me she is no longer part of MTN Direct, I called MTN direct AGAIN and I was told that she needs to give me her previous supervisor's contact details, of which I did and Esther to my surprise never responded to my email. The following day I then called MTN direct AGAIN and I was tossed to and fro as if no one in the company knew what I was talking about. With days of calling MTN direct I managed to get through to Jack Letswalo who promised that he will process everything and he also promised that within 2 days I would have the handset with me. After 3 weeks I have NOT received the handset
