Stratcol, whoever you claim to be you can most definitely expect my compiled complaint to Consumer Protection, FAIS and the bank ombudsman! how on earth do you continue to just willy nillyingly debit my account twice in a month and dont even bother to pick up your phone! Even after putting stop orders on against you people you still go ahead debiting my account but this time with a different reference number. You think people are stupid enough not to notice these things! we work hard every month for our money and you just appear like a ghost from and take take take, how annoying can you ever get! this surely is criminal too. I want every single cent of my money back and I'm not interested in your responses that request people's account numbers again! why should i do that, so that you can me again, triple this time! This is absolutely SHOCKING and I am definitely taking action against this nonsense! Why should we listen to SA Stats about SA people being so indebted yet companies such as this continue to exist to put people out of pocket! Its Enough
