I took out a loan with African Bank in 1999 and they took me to lawyers who started debiting my account for400 every month and now African Bank is also debiting my account and it took R570.36 twice from my bank account and when I call them they sending me from pillar to post. Please help me. My ID number is 7308270418080. I just want to deal with one company and they must send me written statements because I don't receive any communication from all these people but they keep taking my money. Capitec Bank also doesn't want to reverse my money into my account because I feel that they should communicate with me before transactions are administered. I feel robbed by all these people include the bank that I trusted with my money so which means anyone can get into my account and do as they please. People who do get away with this but we who are working hard for our monies are being robbed.
